We’re working with more amazing law firms and external partners this year (🥳), running campaigns to reach thousands of future lawyers.
So, I’m looking to bring on a Client Delivery Coordinator for an initial 3-month period (with a 1-month review).
You’ll be the person keeping our client deliverables organised, polished, and moving on time. You’ll help look after our partners as we grow.
It’s a super interesting role — you’ll work closely with top law firms, and you’ll see how they shape the way they present themselves to future trainees.
This is a hands-on role, based in person 3–4 days a week in London (near Angel station).
You’ll be working directly with me most days. It’s ideal for a recent grad or future trainee who wants to get close to commercial law, media, and client management.
Your main job is to run client deliverables end-to-end and make sure everything moves from idea → approval → publication smoothly.
Here’s the kind of stuff you’ll handle:
Basically, you’re the person who keeps the whole delivery cycle tight — and makes sure every client feels looked after.
Since we’re a small startup, you’ll also jump into different tasks from time to time. So this role suits someone who enjoys variety and isn’t looking for something super rigid.
You don’t need to have years of experience or be a content genius. But you do need to be super organised, professional in how you communicate, and comfortable speaking to clients if needed.
